Rationale for change

Struck me that this particular enzyme's name is bolded rather than italicized (as would be normal for enzyme name formatting)

Looks like it used to be italicized, but was reverted at some point (December 2024), so suggesting here that the italicization be restored so as to agree with typical deck styling/formatting/stylistic conventions
