"Individuals with high-grade cervical histology (HSIL CIN2, CIN3, or AIS) or high-grade cervical cytology (HSIL, persistent ASC-H) have a high risk of developing invasive cervical cancer even after treatment.
Continued surveillance is recommended for at least 25 years after treatment even if the patient is > 65 years of age (unless there are life-expectancy-limiting conditions)."

If patient has prior HSIL and has total hysterectomy they still need pap smears and usually get them annually. Our AnKing image has this on there aswell
