Rationale for change

The previous version of this card was misleading, as the triangle of calot does not need to be identified. The important structures to identify are the cystic duct and artery. Also Critical view of safety is a nice HBP buzzword.

This should probably have more cards supporting this but, in the scheme of things, is relatively low yield
