Rationale for change

TL;DR: UWorld shows that multiple benign cervical nodes still warrant observation—card could reflect that.

The singular UWorld question associated with this card describes a young girl with "several nontender, soft, mobile, subcentimeter anterior cervical lymph nodes bilaterally", and the answer is "Observation only". Because this quesiton describes MULTIPLE lymph nodes and the answer is still observation, I think this change would serve the card/our users well (passively teaching users that observation is still indicated even if there are multiple unconcerning lymph nodes).
