Rationale for change
The "text" field is super small compared to the "extras" field. Sizing is super weird and it's isolated to just this card.

Example:
- Many of Tomy's relatives have heart-related diseases associated with poor eating habits (event)
- Tommy believes that junk food is unhealthy because of his family's habits (attitude).
- When he’s at home, he does not eat chips/soda/candy because of his knowledge that these foods are bad for his health, and he maintains a healthy lifestyle no matter where he is (behavior)
