Rationale for change

My anki shows this card as having no cloze 2. I added one in here, bu I'm not sure if there really just shouldn't be an option for a cloze 2 as there are multiple possible answers for things with an oxidation number of 2. I figured I would flag it and the anki masters (you) could choose what to do.
