Rationale for change

This is more clear - 'helping with weight loss' is confusing since not all patients have a goal of losing weight. So saying 'helping with weight loss' could imply that it is helping a patient lose weight or helping a patient who is losing too much weight (i.e. the med would cause weight gain)
