I think this card could use a little bit of expanding and elaboration.

From the tags it looks like it is referring to post-operative fever and post-operative management of surgical wound infections. I don't see any specific questions tagged, but it feels like it was made because of a particular question especially with the way management is in italics.

I am not instantly finding a ton of information on AMBOSS that explains when exactly you get an ultrasound for a wound infection, so I don't really know what to add to the card to make it make more sense.

Other questions: Is it the first step in management or the next step in management after some other steps? Does the wound need a particular appearance? Is this for a particular type of wound, location, or context in which they got the wound? Is it that they have had a fever for 7 days or that they got a fever on the 7th day counting from when they got the wound?
