Rationale for change

I did the Uworld question this card is tagged for yesterday. The answer to that question is the specific named vessel, not deep veins. Perhaps there is somewhere else that the term deep veins is used where it would be important to have that association so I will leave that aspect of the card intact.

However, I think people would be very well served by being made to fail the card if they do not recall the named vessels as well and not just the term deep, especially since deep veins is part of the term DVT so it shouldn't be that difficult to recall. That is why I think it is a good idea to move that out of the extra section and into the actual card.

Feel free to resubmit. Either way, IMO I don't think this change is necessary, and the extra field should suffice.
