Rationale for change

I've added the hint ::condition the the 2nd cloze deletion. Upon reviewing this card, my choice is frequently "children" on recall as I remember that this infection predominantly impacts children, and my recall of the name of the condition is ruined by revealing that as the wrong answer.

Aside from providing clarity in what the card is asking for, this hint only clarifies and does nothing to reduce learning or retention as you still need to come up with the name of the condition it is referring to. It removes ambiguity improving recall efficacy without the hint itself reducing recall efficacy.

If not ::condition as a hint, then I would propose something similar. To be honest with you I'm not 100% sure what else to put as a hint but maybe y'all can come up with something else if you don't like my pick
