Reconciliation of terms: these two notes use different terms for Coombs reagent.
AMBOSS define Coombs reagent as "A special reagent which contains *ANTIHUMAN GLOBULINS* (AHGs) that detect and adhere (with 2 binding sites) to immune proteins that mediate hemolysis, i.e., antibodies (IgG) and/or complement"
FA25 (pg 416): "Direct antiglobulin test—ANTI-HUMAN GLOBULIN (Coombs reagent) added to patient’s RBC"
