Rationale for change

My main beef was with the use of "prominent expression" which made it sound like the mast cells were displaying tryptase on their cell membrane or something.

I also dropped the reference to mast cells, to make the card shorter, because it's implied in mastocytosis and also mentioned explicitly in extra.
