Rationale for change

Based on pg.173 of Kaplan 2025-2026 Biological Sciences Review, under the Stimulants sub-chapter of Consciousness-Altering Drugs:

Amphetamines (Stimulants) have been described to "increased arousal by increasing release of dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin".

And since Ecstasy (MDMA) has also been described to "act as a hallucinogen combined with an amphetamine", where MDMA has hallucinogenic and stimulant properties, its use would also increase the release of norepinephrine, along with dopamine and serotonin.

Hence, I have included for norepinephrine to be mentioned in the increased [neurotransmitters]. Even though I know the Khan Academy Video for this particular part did not mention it. But I had just thought to be comprehensive, is all :)

Let me know what y'all think! :)
