Rationale for change
"Spherical" seems to be the more accurate word here. This word is used by AMBOSS, which describes spherocytes on multiple occasions as "small, spherical, no central pallor", and "sphere-shaped RBCs". Moreover, the image in Extra uses the same language: "small, spherical red blood cells with no central pallor"
