Rationale for change

I cannot find any Uworld or AMBOSS (or Step up to medicine) refernces that support the use of azithromycin for CF

The only mention is in FA (p. 58) where it used to say "azithromycin is an anti-inflammatory" - but FA2024 has now changed it to say "azithromycin prevents acute exacerbations" and "ibuprofen has an anti-inflammatory effect"

Suggesting the change on the basis of I believe this card was made solely off that line in FA, but since FA has updated it, i vote we change it as well
