Rationale for change
UW Step 2 17493 says "Lichen planus most commonly occurs..on the skin of the extremities and trunk, but lesions may also appear on the genitalia or oral mucosa"
This question is about lichen planus on the male genitalia so think it would be could to update to both sexes rather than limiting to vaginal mucosa
FA Step 2CK 11th edition (pg. 114) also supports
