Rationale for change

Removed the 3rd and 4th cloze deletions surrounding the types of infections GAS causes that may be associated with PSGN because AnkiHub ID 10df86ce-3cd8-477a-9621-b5cc96c6b572 already tests which GAS infections are assocaited with PSGN.

Having the card this way splits up the information more to try and prevent simply recognizing the note rather than actually remembering the information. It also technically reduces overall card number by 1
