Rationale for change

Helicase only "unzips" the DNA by breaking the hydrogen bonds between the watson and crick strands. It is exclusively DNA Topoisomerases' job to "unwind" the DNA. To say Helicase unwinds makes it sounds like it is capable of changing DNA topology/torsional stress, which it isn't. (that's why you need both).
