Rationale for change
Handlebar injury can cause splenic (most likely), hepatic, or pancreatic injury. Splenic and hepatic injuries will typically be apparent with symptoms and on imaging at initial presentation, while a pancreatic injury is commonly the cause when the patient presents after initial workup (physical exam, imaging) is normal but later becomes abnormal
