Rationale for change
Suggest deleting scar card. Bolognia (Fig. 32.5) and Rook (69.12) say JEB gen sev does/may cause scarring. Also, the lesions around the mouth and buttocks (Rook: nose, mouth, neck, trunk, buttocks) are classically "non-healing, crusted erosions containing exuberant granulation tissue", not scarred blister sites.
