Rationale for change

Simply memorizing/recalling "tongue" is insufficient, and is unhelpful for those that may not initially know what macroglossia means. The logic of my suggestion is typically obeyed elsewhere. i.e. the "O" in this mnemonic isn't "organs"-- it's organo*megaly*.
