This QID currently has no cards tagged I believe bc this information isn't found anywhere in the deck. I know this isn't the "perfect card" for this info, but I looked at a lot of them and think it would go best here.

The question has pt pregnant with a NTD fetus and asks why their risk for C/S is increased. answer is "fetal malpresentation" and explaination discusses that NTD's predispose to fetal malpresentation d/t limited/inhibited mobility in utero.
