Rationale for change

Translocation mutations occur when a segment of DNA from one chromosome is swapped with a segment of DNA from another chromosome. The current Anki card definition is more reflective of a substitution mutation, and this is also reflected in the image on the card.

Rejection reason

this is a common misconception. translocation is the movement of a segment from one chromosome to another. The type of translocation you are talking about where they are swapped is called reciprocal translocation, reciprocal (like in Psyc) means the exchange. There is also simple translocation (also called substitution where one can just go to another.
