Rationale for change

Colonoscopy is not the best diagnostic test for diverticulosis according to UWORLD - it is the best confirmatory test to assess the extent of diverticulosis but not done as the initial due to possible perofration of bowel.

Contrast CT the standard for evaluation of diverticulosis.

Think there was another card that was recently updatd to these guidelines as well!
