Rationale for change
Would be nice to reinforce the fact that this is rare/you usually won't see this in living patients by adding "severe". Comports with what is read in AMBOSS about CO poisoning

- Most patients' skin appears normal on examination!
- Cherry-red skin with bullous lesions is a rare presentation; usually only seen postmortem in patients with extremely high exposure
- May sometimes see cherry-red lips, although this is non-specific
- Early sign of exposure is headache; source of CO exposure include smoke from fires, car exhausts, gas heaters
