Rationale for change

It is important to know that coining (and other similar practices) is NOT an indication to call child protective services. This was tested in UWorld qid:106996, which described coining in the question stem and asked about management, with one option being "report to CPS" and another being "no intervention". To my knowledge, there are no cards in the deck which describe what to do in similar circumstances.
