Rationale for change

The flowchart needs to be updated. According to AMBOSS "In patients with suspected secondary hypercortisolism, hormone testing (e.g., high-dose dexamethasone suppression test, CRH stimulation test) was previously the first-line test but current guidelines recommend a pituitary MRI to assess for Cushing disease as the most appropriate next step in evaluation."
