Rationale for change
Most resources refer to the basal ganglia in general being loaded with copper, such as First Aid, Bootcamp, AMBOSS (see link below, AMBOSS only references the basal ganglia in general. The word hy). It's not that this card is incorrect, but placing the ::specific hint on cloze 1 will help avoid unnecessary repeat incorrect answers on this card by letting the reviewer know we are talking degeneration in a specific part of the basal ganglia, so they can recall what that part is rather than getting it wrong because they forgot that this card wants a more specific answer than the common vague one.
