Rationale for change

I believe the ankihub graphic "Ovarian Tumor Overview" in the extra field has an incorrect component to it. The legend states that muted colors are benign and saturated colors are malignant. I note that for the germ cell tumors, the one benign tumor is saturated, and the four malignant tumors are muted; this is the opposite of what the legend states.

Because I can apparently only submit this suggestion if I also make a change to one of the fields, I added a period to the extra field
