Chromaffin cells are the cells that make up the matured adrenal medulla, but prior to maturation, the cells that migrate and form the adrenal medulla are neural crest cells/SCP's (a specific neural crest derivative that is not of importance other than it not being a matured chromaffin cell). This is also why a neuroblastoma is made of neural crest cells, not chromaffin cells. The migrating cells have not yet matured, making Cloze 2 incorrect. The wording in Cloze 2 is also unsupported by any other common resources like FA/UWorld, etc.
