Rationale for change

It's not one OR the other, as the current formulation implies. AMBOSS states that "psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy can be offered together or alone based on patient preferences and clinical judgment". In addition, including an example of an SNRI in the cloze is unnecessary, since SNRIs are not preferred to SNRIs, and venlafaxine does not seem to be specifically preferred over other SSRIs/SNRIs.

FA24 pg 580 only says "Treatment: CBT, SSRIs, SNRIs."
