Rationale for change

This has been suggested a hand full of times but has always been with zero rational so therefore its always been an auto-reject.
Honestly I have no Idea why it isnt already a cloze to begin with, but do feel like we need to add it. Probably was just an oversight.

Currently there are no cards that test you for PAPP-A and this is the Only card where it is even in the text field and the only card where the components of the "combined test" are mentioned.

AMBOSS highlights "NT screen, B-hCG, and PAPP-A" all as HY and "Key exam info"
