Rationale for change

Swapped info in extra section and test section. We just said they were less dominant than cardinal and then just offered examples but didnt really explain what central traits are/the foundation of which is the important detail. Feels like the idea of forming the basic foundations of personality should be in the text and the random examples of central traits should be in the extra.
