Changed "normal" cardiac index to "decreased"
The reason why is supported by both the current card explanation in the "Extra" section and on Amboss:
The cardiac index (LV output/ cardiac output) in distributive shock is increased initially (due to increased HR and contractility), and eventually decreases over time (decreased preload and myocardial depression by cytokines decreaseds the cardiac output according to Amboss).
I'm not sure why it was listed as being "normal or increased" as it sits right now on this card.

This issue has been resolved via a different user's suggestion. Thanks!
- *Cardiac index is increased during early stages due to compensation with hyperdynamic circulation, but progress later to hypodynamic phase with myocardial dysfunction
- Note: This card used to say "distributive shock (i.e., sepsis, anaphylaxis)" and cardiac index was "normal or increased" but was changed to be more accurate according to First Aid, UWorld, and AMBOSS (Feb 2025)
