What is step 1? what is that supposed to be? just saying "follow acidic" but giving no context is not helpful if you do not remember the acidic solution step.

additionally, are we supposed to add water to balance O, or add H+ to balance H? then add OH to equal H+? this is confusing. Please fix this card
