In the Cisternal Maturation Model, cisternae mature and move forward, carrying cargo inside them. As a result, in this model, vesicles are used only for the retrograde transport of enzymes and are unneeded for the anterograde transport of cargo as in the vesicular transport model. While vesicles do transport cargo anterograde from the trans-Golgi network to final destinations, this is a separate process and not part of the mechanism that moves cargo within the Golgi which is what the cisternal maturation model is specifically about. This card was previously correct but changed for reasons that are not consistent with the concept of the cisternal maturation model. To address some concerns that people had on this card previously when it was correct specifically whether it implies that vesicles only move in retrograde motion across the board in the cell (though imo this card doesnt suggest that since its specifically talking about the cisternal maturation mode) I added "within the Golgi apparatus" we can make it even more clear if you guys like by including:

(Someone thought that it implied all vesicles can only move retrograde in the cells. The whole retrograde movement was bailed on entirely and then replaced with the current sentence about Vesicles moving in anterograde motion (toward the outside of the cell) for exocytosis which is irrelevant the cisternal maturation model since its specifically talking about within the Golgi apparatus)
