Rationale for change

As for FA2024 (p432, Hem/onc pathology), this is the generic triad for bot TTP and HUS; while they have specific symproms (HUS history of bloody diarrhea and TTP neurologic symptoms), the presented triad is not related to HUS only, but again, to thrombotic microangiopathies in general.
