Rationale for change
The hypothalamospinal tract terminates in the spine; the fibers in the cavernous sinus receive input from it (via the center of budge and the superior cervical ganglion), but it is not accurate to say that the hypothalospinal tract itself is present in the cavernous sinus.
For sources, AMBOSS/UpToDate/etc do not have pages on the hypothalamospinal tract, but the wikipedia page is pretty good: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypothalamospinal_tract
