Rationale for change
At least to my eyes, the existing phrasing leaves some ambiguity as to what might also be reasonably answered by 'ischemia.'
The phrasing comes from FA (page 317, 2024) though carries some context due to the surrounding text and topics. In a flashcard, devoid of that context, it might be helpful to emphasize that it is systemic (shock), rather than localized (ischemia), to alleviate or avoid that structural ambiguity.
But, I leave it in y'all's capable hands to suss out the merits. :-)
