Question is medication overdose and in the question stem says "bilateral pupils are 8mm."

between pupil size and normal resp rate you were suppose to figure out she did not overdose on her back pain medication and she overdosed on her antidepressant (which was TCA)

answer to question is sodium bicarbonate for TCA overdose

naloxone was incorrect.

Can reject this suggestion since answer is more treatment but I just wanna have more QID tagged on this card that I wrote :)
