I suggest that this card be reworked entirely as the treatment algorithms for Crohn's and UC have diverged since the approval and adoptions of many biologics.
I think Crohn's treatment is becoming too complicated to be contained in a single card, much less in a card for IBD in general.
I've added some changes just to bring this to attention and also because biologics have begun to become first line and standard of care in the management of both Crohn's and UC. These changes are consistent with the Amboss articles on both, but are not by any means comprehensive.
Feel free to disregard the changes, but I wanted to bring this to attention and am not certain of another way to flag this card for review.
