AMBOSS states that children should be in a Forward-facing seat with harness until at least age 5. Thus, children 5-12 years old should be in a booster seat from then until the seatbelt properly fits them, which is typically 8-12 years of age and those who are ≥ 4 ft 9 in in height.
This card also contradicts another anking card, which states, "Ages for car seats and booster seats?
- Car seats (rear-facing) = {{c1::0-2 years::age}}
- Booster seats = {{c1::5-12 years and until 4'9"::age and height}}"
Therefore, one of the cards should be corrected.
