Rationale for change

Can we remove "principle of" from the cloze to make this card slightly easier? I don't think it would make it too easy to know that the card is asking for a principle, since there are lots of medical ethical principles that we need to know.

This is also in keeping with the format of another card about ethics (nid:1522553684804) which states: "Triage is an example where patients are not treated equally, but the core ethical principle of {{c1::justice}} is intact"
