Rationale for change

I want to suggest removing the "fat storage" cloze because I think it really is not a clear or useful testable item here. First, the card already lists "truncal obesity" and as a symptom, so it redundant and obvious to make "fat storage" a clue.

It seems the key point of this card is to test the relationship between insulin and fat storage. My edit to the card still accomplishes this and makes the card more efficient by adding only one cloze.

If others still feel passionate about making "fat storage" a testable item, I would suggest that it have it's own separate cloze. Or just put a cloze around "fat" so learners are linking the insulin with the storage of fat specifically.
