Rationale for change

I'm almost positive this question is meant to ask how long after the inciting event ARDS develops. Per the Berlin criteria, it develops within 1 week. As far as resolution of ARDS, AMBOSS states that "Most patients begin to improve after the first 1–3 weeks and symptoms usually resolve fully" so "within 1 week" is incorrect anyway.
