A bunch of changes here.
First most important change is the wording of the text section was not exact and I think actually implied something incorrect. The original said: the situation is cognitively appraised (labeled), which then leads to physiological response and then emotion}}. According to KA, in the lazarus theory of emotion you dont experience a physiological response and then emotion, these occur simultaneously. I removed the "then" in between the physiological response and emotion. This is an important distinction, not just a slight difference in semantics: it’s essentially the entire difference between the cannonbard theory and James Lange theory. See discussion for evidence from:

I removed the previous additional wolf example and replaced it with the one at the bottom and reworded the original from: "So, for Lazarus, it's more like you can't get a physiological response until you label it. So Snake → cognition/label → heart pounding → fear." This flowchart was also wrong because it is separated the heart pounding and fear.
Third change that I am yet to make and wanted to seek other opinions first, the current graphic is correct for the Lazarus theory as I have changed it to. However, I think it may be wrong for The Schachter-Singer theory. I've always seen it represented as Stimulus -> ANS -> cognitive appraisal -> fear not Stimulus -> ANS + cognitive appraisal -> fear. UWorld and KA graphic's directly support this and included them below in the discussion for further evidence.
However, Kaplan doesnt include a flowchart but states "In the Schachter–Singer theory, nervous system arousal is combined with cognition to create the experience of emotion" I dont know if this implies these are simultaneous like the graphic suggests or what to make of this.
EDIT: some forum issue right now and cant post pictures in discussion. Will update them in the discussion when able.
Stalled out. Happy to revisit tho
