Rationale for change

The original source here is Khan Academy which has some imprecise language. At one point in the video it states that kinocilia are connected by tip links, while later contradicting this and saying that kinocilia are not, in fact, connected by tip links.

Corroborating source cittion inculded in the Additional Resources field and card has been corrected to accurately reflect the reality, which is that tip links connect stereocilia and not kinocilia.
