PER AMBOSS and CDC Azithromycin OR Doxycyline are first line for Chlamydia. PER WHO and Firstaid, Azithromycin is often given over Doxycyline because of cost and single dose, but they note that effectiveness of both are equivalent and thus are both considered first line
