Rationale for change
Male corpora cavernosa are homologous to the female clitoral crura, and the male corpus spongiosum is homologous to the female vestibular bulbs, per AMBOSS: https://next.amboss.com/us/article/O60IOS?q=clitoral%20crura
I think this is helpful to point out that the two distinct structures in males have two distinct homologs in females :)
