Rationale for change

Couldn’t you just say “suicide”? Suicide death and suicide completion both seem quite redundant (it’s only suicide if you die. If it’s not specifically stated that it was an attempted suicide, you assume that by suicide they mean death?)

AMBOSS: "SAD PERSONS are at risk for suicide"

and

"The following populations are at increased risk of suicide due to..."

UWorld Step 2- 3759: "His depressive symptoms appear to be worsening, and he has several other major risk factors for suicide that can be remembered by using the mnemonic SAD PERSONS: old age, male gender, ...."
